Manager in Training Program

The Total Facility Care Manager in Training (MIT) Program is a 21-month paid training program that will provide you with the skills and training you need for a career at TFC and beyond.

If you answered “yes” to any of these, the MIT Program might be right for you. It is designed to give you all the tools and training necessary to succeed in any position from an entry level team member to an operations manager.

About the MIT Program

Throughout the MIT Program, you will learn a combination of personal and professional skills that will set you up for a lifetime of success. We will teach you everything from how to manage personal finances and have good work and personal habits to how to delegate, problem solve, communicate with team members, lead others, and so much more. Once you graduate from the program, you will receive a permanent assignment within Total Facility Care in your desired career path.
