Someone in my building was diagnosed with COVID-19. Can you provide a special cleaning for this?
We’re available 24/7 to help you with emergency requests. Our staff is trained to clean and disinfect your facility after an outbreak of COVID, MRSA, the seasonal flu or any other epidemic- or pandemic-type outbreak.
How can I operate my facility so it is “green”?
We’d be glad to provide a free consultation on how to do so. Our strategies include methods recognized by the U.S. Green Building Council and will help you qualify your facility for LEED-EBOM recognition by the USGBC. We not only make your building green, we make it cleaner.
Who will be servicing my building?
We will only put our trusted team members in your building. The team members we hire must represent our Core Values. After going through an extensive hiring process, they are validated as legal to work through the E-Verify program and must pass a criminal background check and a drug screen. We still screen for marijuana use.
Can you clean up bird, bat, or mice droppings?
Yes, we can. Bird, bat and rodent droppings all have the possibility of carrying pathogens that, if made airborne, can infect you with serious diseases. We have specific processes for cleaning up bird droppings, bat guano, and rodent droppings.

We are not part of a franchise. We are Northern Colorado owned and operated and have over 20 years of experience in some of the most demanding facility environments in the world.
